- Save your passport with either your, Registration Number or Exam Number
- After filling the form use the Save & Continue button to preview details
- Note that the form must be completely filled i.e every field marked * must be filled before you can click on Submit button
- Changes can only be made when the form has not been submitted so if you are unsure of any detail click on Save & Continue then click on the Close button to enable you complete the form at a later date. Note: You must use your pin number every time you login.
- Click on Submit button to submit the form. No changes can be made after the form has been submitted.
- Print the confirmation and acknowlegement pages.
